Most of the people I train start with little or no boxing experience, so don’t worry if you’re new to the sport.

Here’s what will happen next.

What happens next

When I reply, we’ll start with a short conversation about:

  • what you’d like to get from training

  • your availability

This helps me understand your goals and decide how we can train together.

Your first session

The first session is relaxed and straightforward.

We’ll usually start with:

• a quick chat about your goals • some simple boxing drills • pad work or bag work

This gives you a feel for the sport and starts to build an understanding of what’s happening in front of you. From there we can start building your training.

While you’re waiting

Take a moment to think about what you’d like to get from training.

For example:

  • learning to box

  • building confidence

  • enjoying the challenge of learning a new skill

We can talk about this when I reply.
